Mouthwatering ribs and great company at 66 Butterfield Road

Ribs at 66 Butterfield Road

Who does not love eating ribs?

Ribs generally, for most at least, are a mouthwatering, delicious, sought after meal. Although they can get quite messy and possibly not recommended for a first date choice of meal, they are always worth every bit of sauce that gets on your face, hands or, if you are messy like I am, clothes.

If you are in the Nelson Mandela Bay area and you are looking for some seriously delicious ribs, 66 Butterfield Road has an amazing all you can eat rib special EVERY Wednesday evening. Yip – Every Wednesday for only R129.00 per person. Say what!

If you haven’t had 66 Butterfield Road’s ribs yet, you need to change that now!

Take your friends and family out for a great time and get a delicious meal that almost everyone loves. You will all appreciate and thoroughly enjoy your decision.

My partner, Brett, and I recently booked a table for a date night and catch up at 66 Butterfield Road. Every couple, family and even friendship group or just two besties in need of some quality time and what better way to get in some much needed down time than over a good meal.

On arrival we were seated at our table in front of the main fire place, the atmosphere was pleasant and really enjoyable. While sipping on our beverages and chatting away around the warm flames we both took in the amazing ambience of the place.

We both started to relax and enjoy the moment – and to make the evening even more fantastic  – Marc Anthony, a friend,  entrepreneur and Bay Muso was playing a set that evening!

66 Butterfield Road, recently under new ownership and management, is a country styled restaurant and pub situated in Theescombe.

You will be pleasantly surprised that from most centrally located areas in The Bay it is only a mere 20 minute drive to the establishment. The interior itself has a really relaxed feel with rustic wooden tables and chairs and high rise benched tables.

To create the farm styled atmosphere there are two cozy fire places to keep you snug on the colder evenings as well as allocated inside braai areas. The vibe is always really relaxed but can get relatively festive at times – which is always a great way to unwind.

The staff are attentive and really look after their patrons. The owners are fabulous and go out of their way to ensure that everyone is happy and enjoying themselves.

If you want a great night out, good food, magic music and just a night to unwind! My advise – don’t go another day without experiencing the pleasure of eating these amazing ribs.
